GENERAL DESCRIPTION: Responsible for installing, managing, and optimizing enterprise servers and related components to achieve high performance of various business applications, tuning servers as needed. This includes but is not limited to ensuring the availability of both client and server applications. Configures all new deployments and develops processes and procedures for ongoing server environment management. Where applicable, the server administrator will assist in monitoring the servers' physical security, integrity, and data center security for the continuity of services. Responsibilities

Manages active directory services and supports server infrastructure of on-premise and cloud environments. Defines and implements strategies to avoid technology obsolescence in operating systems and platforms. Responsible for performing file system configuration and management. Defines and performs server backup and recovery procedures. Participates in key process improvements related to the server and storage environment. Collaborates with the network, enterprise application, and database administrators to ensure the availability, reliability, and scalability of corporate servers to meet the demands of the business. Implements policies, procedures, and technologies to ensure server security. Also, provides required evidence for audits. Resolves incidents related to server environments and prioritizes and responds to service desk tickets as appropriate. Identifies root causes and resolves problems. Serves as liaison to escalate server issues; provides timely response to client escalations. Monitors and evaluates system capacity and performance and provides performance statistics and reports. Creates Standard Operating Procedures as needed. Creates PowerShell scripts as needed. Collaborates with team members to support disaster recovery exercises. Must comply fully and consistently with all company policies and procedures, with local and federal laws as well as with the regulations applicable to our Industry, to maintain appropriate business and employment practices. May carry out other duties and responsibilities as assigned, according to the requirements of education and experience contained in this document. Minimum Qualifications

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Electrical or Computer Engineering. At least three (3) years of experience administering information systems. Certifications/Licenses:

Meet at least one (1) of the following requirements: Network+ Microsoft MCSA: Windows Server 2012/2016 VCP-DCV 2022 Microsoft Azure Administrator Nutanix Certified Associate ITIL 4 Foundations Other:

Experience in the management of Microsoft clusters, NLB, and IIS. Extensive experience with Microsoft Server 2012 R2, 2016, 2019, and 2022 Active Directory and its various services and roles. Microsoft Office 365 administration experience. Experience with server capacity and performance monitoring and tuning tools. Languages:

Spanish – Intermediate (comprehensive, writing and verbal); English – Intermediate (comprehensive, writing and verbal). Equal Opportunity:
