Key Responsibilities

Oversee general office operations and maintain a well-organized workspace.

Manage administrative tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and filing.

Coordinate office supplies, vendor relations, and facility management.

Assist with basic HR functions, such as onboarding paperwork and employee support.

Process invoices, expense reports, and basic financial transactions.

Support leadership and teams with meeting coordination and travel arrangements.

Ensure compliance with office policies and procedures.

Qualifications

2+ years of office administration or administrative support experience.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
