Contract Trainer for Quality Systems & Continuous Improvement We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Corporate Trainer to deliver engaging, high-impact training in Quality Systems, Automotive Core Tools, and Continuous Improvement methodologies. The ideal candidate is passionate about developing professionals, driving performance excellence, and promoting a culture of quality and efficiency throughout the organization. As a Corporate Trainer, you will work with our team to prepare and facilitate technical and professional development training for manufacturing and quality personnel. You will be responsible for delivering structured courses that strengthen understanding and application of Core Tools, Lean Six Sigma methods, and IATF 16949 Lead & Internal Auditor competencies. The role requires both classroom and hands-on instruction to engage learners in practical, results-driven improvement. Key Training Topics
We are seeking someone who can deliver
one or more
of the following: IATF 16949:2016 Lead Auditor Training Statistical Process Control (SPC) Measurement Systems Analysis (MSA) Failure Modes & Effects Analysis (FMEA) – AIAG/VDA Format Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) and PPAP Lean Six Sigma (Yellow, Green, and Black Belt Levels) Responsibilities
Deliver and evaluate instructor-led and virtual training programs. Work with our team to further develop practical exercises, case studies, and assessments to reinforce learning. Continuously improve course materials based on participant feedback and organizational needs. Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or related technical field (Master’s preferred). Certified Lead Auditor for IATF 16949 or ISO 9001 (Exemplar Global preferred). Minimum 5 years’ experience in Quality Management Systems, manufacturing, or process improvement. Proven experience facilitating adult learning and technical training. Strong understanding of AIAG Core Tools and statistical methods. Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification preferred. Excellent communication, presentation, and coaching skills. What We Offer
