Position Summary As a Brand Experience and Development Sr. Associate, you will develop strategy (up to 18 months) and execute annual commercialization plans to deliver profitable growth and key near-term operations for specific brands. You’ll leverage actionable insights to drive optimization, identify innovation opportunities, lead communications, and unlock consumer & customer value. Collaboration with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, Finance) is essential to ensure executional excellence of annual business plans.

Key Responsibilities Consumer & Customer Intimacy

Develop a deep understanding of consumer demographics, psychographics, and behavioral drivers through data and research.

Validate or develop consumer insights to drive relevant communications.

Analyze data and synthesize learnings into actionable insights.

Leverage data and trends to generate marketing innovation and brand‑building programs.

Business Planning

Own P&L to ensure key business KPIs are met (revenue, profit, market share, brand health).

Lead monthly operating processes and ensure accurate forecasting.

Track sales, consumption, and trends to identify gaps/opportunities.

Manage consumer marketing budget efficiently.

Develop strategic revenue management strategies (pricing, promo, price‑pack architecture).

Support long‑term sourcing and procurement strategies.

Brand and Product Experience

Work with internal teams and agencies to develop marketing strategies that increase awareness and purchase frequency.

Identify optimal engagement strategies and campaign structures.

Ensure cultural relevance of brand identity and activations.

Activate brand’s nutrition, health, and wellness proposition in communications.

Support packaging changes and innovation pipeline development.

Commercial Excellence

Partner with Sales and Customers to execute strategy in an omni‑channel environment.

Analyze and optimize promotional programs.

Translate strategic plans into annual commercial plans and marketing tactics.

Lead the Integrated Commercial Planning (ICP) process.

Qualifications / Certifications

University Degree (BA/BS) in Marketing or related field, or equivalent experience; MBA preferred

Knowledge of budget control methods and procedures

Strong negotiation, relationship building, and research skills

Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to change

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Basic financial acumen

Ability to prioritize and self‑manage projects, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines

Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications

Critical Experiences

At least 5 years in marketing, brand management, or relevant commercial experience

Experience leading cross‑functional teams or agency partners

Experience with marketing communication projects, including digital and media strategies

Experience leveraging data and research to generate consumer insights (IRI or Nielsen knowledge recommended)

Demonstrated problem‑solving and analytical skills
