Personal Brand Designer (Long-Term Contract)
The Rage Group — Personal Branding & Venture Studio The Rage Group is looking for an exceptional Personal Brand Designer to join our growing team. This is a rare opportunity to design across industries —
sports, technology, politics, media, and culture
— and collaborate with some of the leading voices shaping them. We build
founder-led, creator-driven, and executive-level personal brands
that move culture — partnering with executives, CEOs, political strategists, athletes, entrepreneurs, and innovators. Every identity we craft is distinct, telling a story that’s true to the individual behind it and built to last. What You\'ll Do
Translate final concept reviews into complete brand systems — logos, typography, color palettes, mockups, and brand books. Design cohesive and scalable brand identities that feel as human as they are high-end. Extend finalized brand systems across applications — brand guidelines, social templates, websites, presentations, pitch decks, media kits, and more. Collaborate closely with internal creative and strategy teams to ensure alignment between story, strategy, and design. Create visual hierarchy and harmony between personal brands and corresponding company brands, ensuring both stand strong individually while working cohesively together. Communicate design decisions clearly and confidently, explaining the why behind visual choices to non-design stakeholders. Maintain precision and consistency across multiple active projects (typically 2–3 brands at once). Create high-quality mockups and visual applications that bring each personal brand to life. What You\'ll Bring
Fluency in Figma (non-negotiable) and Adobe Illustrator. A strong portfolio showcasing brand identity systems and presentation-level execution. The ability to interpret conceptual direction and elevate it into something intentional and visually powerful. A deep understanding of brand systems.
