The Rage Group
Personal Brand Manager (Long-Term Contract)
The Rage Group — Personal Branding & Venture Studio
The Rage Group is looking for an exceptional Brand Manager to join our growing team. This is a rare opportunity to manage and execute brand systems for high-profile individuals across industries — sports, technology, politics, media, and culture — and collaborate with some of the leading voices shaping them.
We build founder‑led, creator‑driven, and executive‑level personal brands that move culture — partnering with executives, CEOs, political strategists, athletes, entrepreneurs, and innovators. Every identity we craft is distinct, telling a story that’s true to the individual behind it and built to last.
This role focuses on what happens after the brand system is delivered — ensuring that every touchpoint, asset, and activation reflects the brand with precision and power.
What You’ll Do
Lead the end‑to‑end execution of 3–4 active personal brand projects at a time after brand identity rollout — including but not limited to social content strategy, websites, presentations, pitch decks, media kits, press materials, events, and more.
Translate finalized brand systems into cohesive, real‑world applications that are consistent, dynamic, and visually aligned.
Design and manage ongoing brand assets — maintaining visual integrity while adapting for new initiatives and campaigns.
Oversee brand implementation across creative, digital, and communications channels, ensuring every output feels high‑end and human.
Collaborate closely with our strategy, design, and operations teams to ensure story, tone, and visuals align at every stage.
Manage timelines, deliverables, and feedback loops across multiple projects (typically 3–5 brands at once).
Track performance metrics and engagement analytics across social and content platforms, identifying insights to optimize future work.
Conduct market and competitive research to inform ongoing brand strategy and content direction.
Maintain exceptional quality control — nothing leaves your hands unless it’s beautiful, consistent, and intentional.
Anticipate client needs and serve as the key point of contact for updates, deliverables, and ongoing brand execution.
Keep projects on time, on brand, and on budget.
What You’ll Bring
Proven experience managing creative and brand execution — ideally within a branding, marketing, or creative agency.
Strong visual sensibility and hands‑on design ability — you know how to make a deck, presentation, or proposal look like the brand it represents.
Fluency in Canva, Figma, Photoshop, Wix Studio, WordPress, and Squarespace.
Experience tracking analytics and engagement metrics; comfort using tools like Google Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics, or social dashboards.
Strong research and analytical skills — you can synthesize data into strategic recommendations and client insights.
Excellent organizational and communication skills — you bring structure to creative chaos and can move multiple projects forward at once.
Exceptional writing skills with the ability to capture and reflect each brand’s unique voice and tone.
A deep understanding of brand systems, hierarchy, and consistency.
Comfort working directly with executives, creators, and high‑profile clients.
Calm under pressure, collaborative by nature, and obsessive about the details.
