Vital Design is looking for an organized and energetic digital marketing specialist who is eager to jump in and learn all the ins and outs of working at a fun, fast-paced creative and digital marketing agency. Responsibilities
Work with account managers, project managers, account strategists and other specialists to create well scoped digital marketing projects. Deliver marketing project briefs that drive results Present project briefs clearly to both internal team members, and to clients Adhere to Vital’s core values: Client Advocates Marketing Nerds Humble High Standards Supportive Teammates Technical Skills & Experience
Have the ability to rapidly learn the ins and outs of our marketing and creative services software systems, including, but not limited to: Google Analytics WordPress Google Tag Manager Magento HubSpot SalesForce Moz / SEMRush / aHrefs Hotjar OptinMonster MailChimp Gather Content JIRA And more Personal Skills & Abilities
Our strongest specialists have excellent time management and communication skills in-person and digitally. A fast thinking, logical, and analytical mind will have success in this role. Exceptional attention to detail is a requirement. Be organized and a great multi-tasker. A humble, down-to-earth attitude when learning and asking questions in order to grow and contribute to Vital’s process, projects, and strategies. The ability to take ownership of a task and carry it through to the finish line. Possess the flexibility to smoothly respond to changing deadlines and priorities. Be inbound marketing certified (via HubSpot) Have an understanding of basic digital marketing and website-building related terms and strategies like Blogging / Content Marketing, SEO, CRO, Link building, Email marketing, Social media marketing, Paid Media Be proficient in Google Suite, particularly Google Docs, Sheets and Slides and more. Have some comfort with WordPress. Have a working knowledge of Google Analytics and how it can track and measure performance at a basic level. The ability to find trends and patterns within data is a huge plus. Have knowledge of marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Pardot, Marketo, Campaign Monitor, and what they do/how they work. Have knowledge of other inbound marketing tools like Moz, HotJar, SEMRush, Sprout Social, Zapier, CallRail, MailChimp, and Opt-In Monster. Have some experience with quality testing websites and effectively documenting issues. Vital focuses on lead generation for education and B2B organizations through the acquisition of new website traffic. This most often comes in the form of organic search, and paid search. In this role, it is highly valued to have existing experience growing website traffic and leads through these digital channels.
