As a Fine Jewelry Sales Colleague, you provide outstanding customer service, welcome and assist customers, and help ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and prepared for customers. You bring elegance, expertise, and personalized service to every interaction, helping customers find the perfect piece. You continually demonstrate superior product knowledge to educate and assist customers in selecting items that suit their tastes, preferences, and budgets. You focus on building lasting client relationships through consultative selling, hospitality, and use of our clientele program. You will promote loyalty and warranty programs, support inventory and fulfillment activities, and assist with special events. You will help ensure the security, accuracy, and presentation of merchandise and work with your team to achieve sales goals and uphold operational excellence in the Fine Jewelry department. How our Fine Jewelry Colleagues spend their day

Colleagues begin energized, greet teammates, review sales goals, stay updated on new arrivals and promotions, and engage customers with confidence. On the floor, they focus on the customer, offer a warm welcome, make eye contact, and build relationships. They maintain a shoppable space through proper processing, presentation, organization, replenishment, and updating signs and pricing. They finish strong by highlighting loyalty benefits, ensuring customers have what they need, and thanking customers by name. We believe service starts with each other and strive for continuous improvement. Full-time colleagues are typically scheduled to work 30+ hours per week, while part-time colleagues are typically scheduled 12-24 hours per week. All schedules include weekend shifts. Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays with regular attendance and punctuality Understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors Provide product recommendations, assist with fittings and digital shopping tools, and create a welcoming, knowledgeable shopping experience Drive sales and operational excellence by leveraging product knowledge, vendor training and events, using POS tools, ensuring stock presentation, replenishment, and asset protection compliance Drive sales and client loyalty by maintaining an organized, shoppable space, using clienteling tools to promote offers and product launches, participating in sales events, and staying up to date through ongoing training Achieve sales goals and client and protection plan goals Acquire new customers by opening credit accounts and sharing loyalty benefits Meet and surpass daily sales goals by delivering exceptional service Use POS technologies and digital tools to streamline transactions 1–2 years of related experience required Essential physical requirements

Talking, lifting, constant movement, standing, and reaching with arms and hands Standing for extended periods, lifting at least 25 lbs, stooping, kneeling, crouching, climbing ladders, reaching above eye level Close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment Frequent use of computers and handheld equipment for transactions Benefits
