With a passion for fine craftsmanship and a deep understanding of precious metals, gemstones, and luxury brands, demonstrate superior product knowledge to educate and assist customers in selecting items that suit their tastes, preferences, and budgets. Focus on building lasting client relationships through consultative selling, genuine hospitality, and active use of our clientele program. In addition to meeting sales goals, key responsibilities include promoting loyalty and warranty programs, supporting inventory and fulfillment activities, and supporting special events. Ensure the security, accuracy, and impeccable presentation of merchandise. Work closely with your team to achieve sales goals, support events, and uphold operational excellence in the Fine Jewelry department. Responsibilities
Promote loyalty and warranty programs; support inventory, fulfillment, and special events. Ensure security, accuracy, and presentation of merchandise. Maintain a shoppable space with proper stock presentation, replenishment, and pricing updates. Engage customers with consultative selling and clienteling to build lasting relationships. Assist customers in selecting items, providing product recommendations, fittings, and using digital shopping tools. Meet and strive toward daily and ongoing sales goals; contribute to team and store results. Use point-of-sale technology and digital tools to streamline transactions and enhance the shopping experience. Acquire new customers by opening credit accounts and sharing loyalty benefits. Qualifications
1-2 years of related experience required. Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays with regular attendance. Ability to understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors; read and understand employment policies and safety rules in English. Strong product knowledge, including fine jewelry, precious metals, gemstones, and luxury brands. Essential Physical Requirements
Talking, lifting, constant moving, standing, and reaching with arms and hands. Standing for extended periods; ability to lift at least 25 lbs; stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders; reaching above eye level. Requires close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment. Frequent use of computers and handheld equipment; ability to process transactions. What We Can Offer You
