Compensation : $45,000–$55,000 annually DOE + Commission & Performance-Based Bonus
About the Role
Load One is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative to manage and grow our house accounts under a designated revenue threshold. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced logistics environment and is passionate about customer success and revenue growth. What You’ll Do
Manage and maintain house accounts Re-engage dormant accounts and identify growth opportunities Serve as the primary contact for assigned customers Monitor trends and expand business through additional lanes or services Collaborate with Operations, Dispatch, and Customer Success teams Maintain accurate records in CRM (HubSpot) and TMS systems (e.g., Transcend) Qualify inbound leads and nurture emerging accounts Track performance metrics: load count, revenue, margin Participate in weekly sales and ops meetings Ensure compliance with pricing, quoting, and credit policies Support onboarding and retention of smaller accounts Stay informed on industry trends and Load One’s services Meet or exceed monthly goals for revenue and engagement What You Bring
A four-year college degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, and/or 1–3 years of relevant experience in transportation, logistics, or freight brokerage. Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities Experience with CRM/TMS systems (Transcend, HubSpot, etc.) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Self-motivated, results-driven, and team-oriented Ability to build relationships and solve problems effectively Why Load One?
