Provide solutions by visiting customers at their homes or businesses. Use your strong communication and creative skills to demonstrate the value of ADT’s innovative security and smart home solutions and explain products and services in depth while recommending the right solutions. Help build relationships with customers to deliver a great customer experience and turn curious consumers into loyal customers. Work in a dynamic, collaborative environment, partnering with customers and coworkers. Qualifications

A self-motivated, tech-savvy individual driven to succeed. Excellent communication and empathy to connect with people and deliver meaningful interactions. Ability to explain complex solutions clearly and effectively. Willingness to put in the work to achieve results and adapt to customer needs. Unlimited earning potential with uncapped commissions (top performers earn $150K+). Training wage of up to $4,000 over the first 8 weeks of employment. Sales advisors will receive uncapped commission plus a training wage of up to $4,000 over the first 8 weeks of employment. Commissions are paid on a percentage of the products or services sold and eligible for a monthly performance bonus. Based upon performance, new sales advisors can expect to earn $95,000, while experienced sales advisors can earn over $150,000.
