Provide solutions by visiting customers at their homes or businesses. Demonstrate the value of ADT’s innovative security and smart home solutions and explain products and services in-depth. Recommend the right solutions to customers and build lasting relationships by delivering a great customer experience with empathy. Unlimited earning potential with uncapped commissions (top performers earn $150K+). Training wage of up to $4,000 over the first 8 weeks of employment. Sales advisors will receive uncapped commissions plus a training wage of up to $4,000 over the first 8 weeks of employment. Commissions are paid on a percentage of the products or services sold and eligible for a monthly performance bonus. Depending on performance, new sales advisors can expect to earn $85,000, while experienced sales advisors can earn over $150,000.
