Jewelry Sales Specialist Job Summary: We seek a passionate and customer-focused Jewelry Sales Specialist to join our flagship location. You will play a key role in providing an exceptional shopping experience, guiding clients through their purchases with expert knowledge and personalized service. Building long-term relationships and driving sales by helping customers celebrate life’s special moments through our fine jewelry offerings will guide you to meet and exceed expectations. Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and provide personalized service to meet their individual needs. Demonstrate deep knowledge of jewelry collections, gemstones, precious metals, and current trends. Assist clients with selecting pieces for engagements, anniversaries, gifts, and other occasions. Educate customers on jewelry care, warranties, financing, and repair services. Achieve or exceed individual and store sales targets and KPIs. Maintain high visual merchandising standards and ensure displays are clean and attractive. Process transactions accurately and handle returns, exchanges, and special orders professionally. Build and nurture long-term client relationships through follow-ups, events, and loyalty programs. Stay current on new product launches, store promotions, and industry trends. Qualifications

Experience in jewelry retail or a customer-focused sales role is preferred; entry-level candidates are welcome. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. Team player with a positive, can-do attitude. Job details
