Jewelry Sales Specialist – In-Store Retail Environment (Mt. Laurel, NJ) A well-established fine jewelry brand is seeking a passionate and customer-focused Jewelry Sales Specialist to join our team within a major department store in Winter Garden, Florida. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a retail environment, enjoys building relationships, and has a strong appreciation for fine jewelry. Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer service by engaging with shoppers, understanding their preferences, and guiding them through their jewelry selections. Maintain in-depth knowledge of product offerings, including gemstones, metals, and design styles. Build lasting customer relationships through personalized service and thoughtful follow-up. Consistently meet or exceed sales goals through consultative selling and expert recommendations. Accurately process transactions and ensure a smooth checkout experience. Handle customer inquiries, special orders, and service requests with professionalism and care. Maintain visual merchandising standards by organizing displays, highlighting key items, and ensuring timely restocking. Support inventory control efforts by securing merchandise and conducting daily inventory counts. Qualifications
Previous experience in jewelry sales or luxury retail is preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Passion for fine jewelry and the ability to educate customers on product features and craftsmanship. Ability to create a welcoming and trustworthy shopping environment. Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering outstanding customer experiences. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
