What You’ll Do

Provide information, directions, and assistance to patients, visitors, and staff

Patrol campus by vehicle and on foot; monitor for suspicious activity and safety hazards

Enforce institutional and parking regulations; issue permits and citations as needed

Serve as a Campus Security Authority in compliance with the Clery Act

Schedule & Work Environment This is a full-time position. You are considered

ESSENTIAL PERSONNEL . Officers work within a healthcare campus environment and may rotate across posts. Shifts may include days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Education Required:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience Required:

One year of relevant work experience.

Licenses Required:

Valid Class A, B or C Texas driver's license.

Certifications Preferred:

International Association for Healthcare Security and Safety (IAHSS) certification

Other Required:

Must pass pre-employment skills test as required and administered by Human Resources.
