What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Achieve and exceed sales objectives for the oncology portfolio by winning new accounts and expanding existing relationships

Develop and execute a strategic business plan focused on early adopters and clinical accounts

Build and maintain strong relationships with oncologists, molecular pathologists, and key opinion leaders

Collaborate with Account Managers and Channel Partners to identify opportunities and close sales

Educate and support stakeholders with resources, commercialization plans, and impactful presentations

What is Required (Qualifications):

Bachelor’s degree required; MSc/PhD in Life Sciences, Medicine, or related field strongly preferred

Proven track record in sales within the oncology field

Strong technical knowledge of oncology workflows, including molecular biology, genomics, and NGS

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Fluency in Italian and English required
