What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Proactively identify, qualify, and manage inbound and outbound sales opportunities across the employer\'s full portfolio
Manage the full inside sales cycle, including lead generation, prospect engagement, needs assessment, quoting, negotiation, and closing
Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients to recommend tailored offerings
Serve as the primary inside sales contact for leads generated through third-party platforms
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and feasibility of client projects
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Business, or related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in inside sales, customer success, or business development in life sciences, biotechnology, or CRO sectors
Strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently
Highly organized with experience using CRM systems
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Advanced degree (MSc, MBA, or equivalent) in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or related field
3+ years of inside sales or business development experience in oncology or precision medicine services
Strong understanding of preclinical workflows and related services
Experience managing leads from third-party platforms like procurement networks
Background in supporting biotech, pharma, or CRO clients with complex research needs
