Role Overview Our client, a luxury women's swimwear and apparel label based in Colombia/Mexico, is looking for a Sales Associate to join their Miami, FL (Coconut Grove) team.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing and floor readiness

Drive sales performance, consistently meeting and surpassing targets and KPIs

Manage inventory, product presentation, and execute visual merchandising standards

Build and maintain strong client outreach and follow-up strategies

Participate in product trainings and apply knowledge to elevate the client experience

Provide daily reporting and share client feedback with the District Manager

Embody the brand— acting as a true ambassador and living the brand values

Qualifications

1+ year of retail sales experience in women’s fashion (apparel, swimwear, lingerie, or accessories)

Proven track record of exceeding sales goals

Fluent

in both English and Spanish
