This is a full-time, on-site role for a hands-on General Manager located in Ann Arbor, MI.
The General Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure the highest level of customer service. Responsibilities include developing and implementing business strategies, managing budgets, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and working closely with the leadership team to ensure operational excellence. The role also involves fostering a positive work environment, leading by example, and maintaining the high standards of the company. Qualifications
a minimum of 10 years General Management experience in restaurants and bars Strong skills in business strategy development and implementation Financial management skills, including budgeting, cost control, and profitability analysis Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to train and motivate staff Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work on-site in Ann Arbor, MI via company-paid relocation Bachelor's degree preferred Is tech-savvy Able to understand and put focused and effective marketing plans in place Prefer someone with at least a level 1 Sommelier certification Must be able to work weekends & nights Seniority level
