Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Manager located in Ann Arbor, MI. The Restaurant Manager will oversee day-to-day operations to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and service. Responsibilities include managing staff hiring, training, and performance. The Manager will maintain high standards in food and beverage quality, and ensure excellent communication among team members. Additionally, the Restaurant Manager will work to improve operational efficiency and support overall business goals.
Qualifications
Excellent Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
Experience in Hiring and effective Communication skills
Knowledge of Food & Beverage management
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
Proven experience in restaurant management or hospitality industry
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus
