Accounts Receivable Specialist — Cardone Ventures Base pay range $65,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr Position Summary

The Accounts Receivable Specialist is responsible for processing new sales orders, building payment plans in the AR system, and collecting outstanding accounts receivable dollars from the existing client base. This individual will manage the AR inbox, resolve customer billing problems, and reduce accounts receivable delinquency. About Cardone Ventures

Oversee the accounts receivable process to drive timely collections and minimize overdue receivables to improve cash flow Collaborate with internal departments and clients to create an efficient billing and collections strategy Implement best practices in accounts receivable management, leveraging NetSuite and SuiteBilling Lead the accounts receivable function to meet collection targets and maintain strong client relationships Objectives

Monitor AR email inbox for new orders and process accordingly Respond to AR inquiries related to client accounts and invoice copies Work with Collections to collect on past-due accounts Build daily deposits from bank reconciliation and post in NetSuite Follow up with clients on declined payment transactions Review open accounts for collection efforts Make outbound collection calls professionally while maintaining customer relations Resolve client-billing problems and reduce delinquency with timely customer service Collect payments in accordance with due dates Identify issues contributing to delinquency and discuss with the Accounting team Provide timely follow-up on payment arrangements Send email correspondence to encourage payment of delinquent accounts Competencies

Highly proficient with NetSuite SuiteBilling Intermediate to advanced Excel skills Ability to engage unresponsive clients Ability to manage a high-volume inbox and track requests Understanding of various payment plans and how to enforce them Strong record-keeping and research skills Experience with NetSuite (intermediate level) Ability to run reporting for products and past-due payments in NetSuite Education And Experience

At least 2 years of AR experience, including interaction with a large customer base Benefits
