Responsibilities
Source your own leads and build a robust pipeline. Dial a high volume of calls (examples given: 15, 30, 40, or 100 per day). Attend open houses when applicable (examples: 5, 10, 25, 50 per weekend). Meet or exceed performance targets and close mortgage loan deals. Collaborate with team and support staff to optimize outcomes. Qualifications
Charismatic, outgoing personality with strong networking skills. Proven ability to source leads and build relationships. Coachable mindset with a drive to succeed in mortgage sales. Willingness to work non-traditional hours (nights and weekends). Remote work capability or willingness to work remotely. About Us
