Overview

Seasonal Bilingual Recruiter at TrueBlue Inc. Location: Memphis, TN. You will work on high-volume light industrial positions for our brand, SIMOS, providing staffing and recruiting solutions to our clients. This role requires an perceptive individual who can relate to people at all levels and will manage candidate applications as well as attract candidates through grassroots initiatives, networking, and fieldwork. Base pay range

$20.00/yr - $25.00/yr Responsibilities

Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job requirements Develop and execute a recruiting plan and deliver effective orientations Source and screen resumes to identify qualified candidates Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications Manage the hiring process from offer to onboarding Create an ongoing candidate pipeline Manage paperless recruiting operations Monitor the effectiveness of all ad campaigns Participate in job fairs and community events Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure internal systems are updated and compliant Proactively seek new avenues to attract candidates (building networks within the community) Manage daily information / candidate data tracking, identify potential areas of improvement, provide information to the SIMOS Operations team, resolve problems, participate in meetings, and maintain a high level of candidate and stakeholder satisfaction Relationship management includes handling escalations, communicating recruitment progress, and managing expectations Qualifications

2+ years of experience in high-volume, fast-paced recruiting; ATS and systems knowledge Excellent judgment to prioritize work, handle multiple projects, and meet objectives/deadlines Understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and best practices Knowledge of MS Office software: Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word Strong communication skills, both oral and written Strong interpersonal and customer service skills Ability to collaborate effectively with others, be a team player, and work independently Ability to manage a large workload promptly Salary and compensation

Salary Range: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour, depending on experience and geographic location. Actual compensation offered may vary based on local pay requirements and will meet or exceed state-specific minimum wage or salary thresholds. Benefits and accommodations
