This role oversees HR operations including employee relations, recruitment, training, performance management, compliance, and engagement initiatives. The HR Manager ensures alignment with legal standards and fosters a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities Strategic HR Leadership

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives. Collaborate with leadership on workforce planning and talent acquisition.

Employee Relations & Engagement

Serve as primary contact for conflict resolution and employee concerns. Promote a positive work environment and lead engagement initiatives. Conduct employee surveys and feedback sessions.

Recruitment & Staffing

Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, and hiring. Partner with hiring managers to assess staffing needs and develop recruitment plans.

Training & Development

Design and deliver training programs to address skill gaps and support growth. Oversee onboarding and continuous learning initiatives.

Performance Management

Administer performance review processes and goal-setting frameworks. Conduct new hire evaluations and annual reviews, including merit-based wage adjustments.

HR Policies & Compliance

Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.

Compensation & Benefits

Manage compensation structures and benefits programs. Support negotiations and contract administration.

HR Data & Reporting

Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS databases. Generate reports for leadership and compliance audits.

Legal Compliance

Stay current with employment law changes and ensure organizational adherence. Advise management on legal risks and HR best practices.

Qualifications A minimum of 5 years of experience in HR with progressive advancement.

Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Leadership and change management capabilities.

Problem-solving and decision-making proficiency.

High ethical standards and integrity.

Negotiation and conflict resolution skills.

Proficiency in HRIS and related technologies.

Education
