What You’ll Do

Senior Human Resources Business Partner (Corporate) – you will serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to FreshDirect’s corporate leadership team. You’ll play a critical role in shaping our people strategy, driving organizational transformation, and strengthening leadership capability across corporate functions. Partners with corporate leaders to align people strategies with evolving business goals. Coach and advise leaders to enhance performance, engagement, and accountability. Lead management and transformation initiatives to support business growth. Design and implement leadership development and talent planning programs. Use data and insights to inform decisions on engagement, retention, and organizational design. Manage complex employee relations and performance matters in alignment with FreshDirect’s culture and values. Champion an inclusive, high-performance culture that empowers our people to thrive.

What You’ll Bring

7+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years partnering with senior leaders in a corporate or multi-functional environment. Proven success driving leadership development, organizational transformation, and change management initiatives. Exceptional coaching, communication, and influencing skills with the ability to build trust at all levels. Strong business acumen and the ability to connect people strategies to business outcomes. Deep understanding of employment law, compliance, and HR best practices. Demonstrated ability to analyze data and leverage insights to guide decisions. A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with sound judgment, discretion, and resilience in a fast-paced environment. A passion for fostering a culture of inclusion, accountability, and continuous growth.
