Working Pattern: Monday to Friday Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the HR Support Vetting & Onboarding teams to provide end-to-end vetting process for new hires and existing employees. Develop, maintain, and enforce vetting policies and procedures in line with legal, regulatory, and organisational requirements. Ensure all vetting activities comply with relevant legislation, including data protection laws and industry standards. Oversee the onboarding experience for new employees, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and in line with legal and company requirements. Provide guidance and training to Vetting team members and Security Managers on vetting procedures and handling sensitive information. Collaborate with internal departments to deliver a consistent, compliant, and engaging onboarding process. Collect and analyse feedback from new hires and stakeholders to continuously improve the onboarding experience. Essential Hiring Criteria

Proven experience in HR vetting, onboarding, or compliance roles. Strong leadership and team management skills. In-depth knowledge of UK employment legislation, data protection laws, and vetting standards. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. High attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive and confidential information. Experience with HR systems and onboarding platforms. Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple priorities. How to Apply
