Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to join their Talent Acquisition support team, assisting in streamlining recruitment processes and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Responsibilities
Manage complex interview scheduling across multiple regions and time zones Coordinate virtual and in-person interviews, ensuring timely communication with candidates and interview teams Generate and distribute offer letters using HRIS platforms within specified timelines Support onboarding activities, including background checks and new hire communication Assist in sourcing candidates and maintaining accurate records within applicant tracking systems Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience in recruitment coordination or HR support Proficiency with ATS and HRIS tools such as Workday and Phenom Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment What’s in it for me?
