Position Purpose The purpose of the Senior Benefits Manager, North America is to ensure that employees in United States and Canada receive accurate, compliant, and well-managed access to their benefits. The Senior Benefits Manager, North America is responsible for coordinating the administration of all benefit programs, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short and long-term disability or any qualified leave, and retirement plans. This position is instrumental in ensuring that employees are rewarded competitively, supported, motivated, and engaged, contributing to the organization's overall success. Essential Responsibilities / Accountabilities

Develop, implement and monitor Benefits strategies, systems, initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy in support US and Canada plans. Oversee day-to-day Benefits administration procedures, including Benefit Enrollment, Benefits Compliance, Benefits Billing, Benefits file integration, Open Enrollment Planning, Leave of Absence management, Retirement Savings Account management, Benefits engagement, problem solving, conflict management, change management. Ensure the accuracy of all benefits enrollments in the HRIS to provide vendors with accurate eligibility information. Participate in new-hire orientation related to benefits and support new-hire enrollment and life event changes. Respond to benefits inquiries from managers and employees on plan provisions, enrollments, status changes and other general inquiries. Process and administer all leave-of-absence requests and disability paperwork (medical, disability, FMLA, etc.). Support employees and managers through the leave of absence process, ensuring adherence to policies and laws while supporting business needs. Perform other related duties as requested and participate in special projects as assigned. Lead regular communication with Benefits vendors, employees, HR Consulting and determine improvements and support needed. Act as liaison for employees between vendors, People Business Partners and People Operations team. Review Benefits contracts and policies annually to ensure they are updated and accurate. Collaborate with the People team to provide adequate benefits training for employees on understanding of the benefit programs. Collaborate with People team to support existing and develop new processes. Collaborate with People team to ensure benefits readiness for M&A projects. Support current and future business needs. Collaboration with internal and External Audit teams. Reporting & Analytics. Develop Benefits communications. Experience: 5+ years of progressive Benefits administration experience. Education: High School Diploma/G.E.D., plus Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field strongly preferred or equivalent work experience (5+ years). Deep knowledge of benefits administration, including health plans, retirement savings, leave management, and compliance. Experience with HRIS systems and benefits file integration, ADP WFM preferred. Strong communication and vendor management skills. Familiarity with U.S. and Canadian benefits regulations. Ability to lead open enrollment, manage audits, and support in future M&A activities.
