Job Functions The Credit Analyst will be a talented and detail-oriented professional responsible for applying strong problem-solving skills to identify trends, resolve discrepancies, and improve credit processes. This role evaluates creditworthiness, manages risk, and supports sound financial decisions across our customer base.
Responsibilities
Determine root causes for unpaid or short-paid invoices and collaborate with customers and sales to resolve issues.
Review credit applications and analyze financial statements to assess risk.
Manage lien and bond rights across multiple states.
Monitor aged accounts receivable and maintain clear documentation.
Review accounts on hold and assess order release eligibility.
Perform account reconciliations and recommend adjustments, refunds, or write-offs.
Notify management of payment concerns and collaborate cross-functionally with sales, tax, and contract teams.
Maintain accurate records and documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
Safety

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field or 3+ years of relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications
1+ years of credit and collections experience in the construction industry.
Experience maintaining lien and bond rights in multiple states.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, PDF tools, and ERP systems.
