Overview
We are seeking an
Audit Manager / Staff Auditor
to join a full-service accounting firm with over 100 professionals across multiple locations. This role offers exposure to diverse industries, the opportunity to supervise audit teams, and direct client interaction.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and perform audits, reviews, compilations, and assurance engagements
Supervise and lead engagement teams, ensuring timely completion and quality outcomes
Oversee financial statements, disclosures, compliance reports, and client communications
Develop trusted client relationships and identify opportunities for additional services
Stay current with accounting and auditing standards, ensuring proper implementation
Mentor junior staff and lead training initiatives for the assurance team
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Active CPA license (required for Manager; CPA-eligible accepted for Staff Auditor)
Minimum 4 years of public accounting audit experience
Strong knowledge of GAAP and GAAS standards
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and audit software
Preferred
Experience with governmental audits and ERISA audits
Exposure to industries such as healthcare, real estate, construction, manufacturing, and the arts
Compensation & Benefits
Salary $83K - $123K DOE
