The Floorperson Slots is responsible for providing exceptional guest service on the Slot floor. Duties include but are not limited to assisting guests with questions, verifying and paying jackpot winnings, and completing required paperwork. Assistant Slot Shift Manager – supervise assigned team members, assist guests with concerns/issues, complete necessary paperwork, and perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned. Responsibilities
The Floorperson Slots will perform minor machine maintenance, such as lock and unlock machine doors, clearing jams, replenishing paper, and resetting machines. Complete written department forms to document cash transactions, jackpot payouts, etc., in an accurate, legible manner. The Floorperson Slots will develop, apply, and maintain a friendly and courteous rapport with customers and employees. Operate hand-held radio and be able to hear and speak clearly over it. The Floorperson Slots will conduct slot floor activities to ensure protection of company property and funds; and maintain the safety and cleanliness of assigned areas. Maintain secure key controls at all times. The Floorperson Slots will pay and/or verify jackpot winnings to customers and complete required written documentation. Assistant Slot Shift Manager
Managing Duties: The incumbent is responsible for the overall performance of assigned Slot Department employees. These include, but are not limited to, Slot Attendants, Slot Change, and Slot Technicians. The incumbent, in completing these responsibilities must develop assigned team members’ understanding of their duties, coach, counsel, and discipline, and other duties as they arise. Guest Service: The incumbent is responsible for the overall quality of service provided to the guest(s) of this company. This includes, but is not limited to, assisting them in their concerns or issues, interact / responding to customer inquiries, assisting key guests, etc. Departmental Paperwork: The incumbent is responsible for maintenance of various documents required by the departments. These would include various logs, incident reports, counselings, performance appraisals, etc. Miscellaneous: The incumbent is responsible for activities as assigned by management for various projects, activities, programs, as assigned to the individual, department team, or select group as departmental / property needs arise. Qualifications
Must be at least 21 years of age. Must be knowledgeable about applicable gaming regulations and company policies. Must have excellent communication and customer service skills. Detail oriented. Must be able to carry and communicate by two-way radio. Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time. Maneuver a weight of fifty pounds. Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications. Additional Information
