Job Description

Overview Open Influence is a global, award-winning creator marketing company, providing premium, end-to-end creator marketing solutions. Since 2013, we have been pioneering the creator economy, executing social-first strategies for over 1,500 top brands—including Uber, Subaru, Coca-Cola, AT&T, and Disney. As a platform-agnostic and talent-agnostic partner, we connect brands with the right creators, on the right channels, to drive measurable impact and business growth. From kickoff to merchandising performance, the campaigns are powered by our best-in-class creative team. That’s where you come in…

We won’t bury the lead: success in this role requires a creative, "free-range" mindset, paired with a deep understanding of the ever-evolving world of creators and social media. We combine our passion for culture with an infectious commitment to driving meaningful results for our clients. Our approach is to work smarter, play better.

A job description won’t do Open Influence’s company culture justice, but here’s a snapshot in a few bullets.

We understand that culture starts at the top. Our management team maintains an 'open door' policy and actively creates safe, inclusive spaces for connection, sharing, and strategizing.

We recognize and celebrate each other’s wins, and pick each other up when we stumble (which, spoiler alert: we all do).

We continually learn, grow, and improve what we do and how we do it.

Plus, a bunch of other perks like a professional development stipend, Summer (+ 'No Meeting') Fridays, phone bill reimbursement, full benefits, and more.

This is a highly collaborative role that will work to bring creative strategy to life within creator marketing efforts.
