This role works closely with content writers and subject matter experts, who provide the messaging, while the designer transforms it into engaging, visually compelling learning experiences. The ideal candidate combines learning design expertise with strong visual design skills to structure content for both digital and in-person delivery. While solid writing and editing skills are needed for clarity and flow, this role does not create core messaging. The designer will also maximize the smart and ethical use of AI to drive efficiency, personalization, and data-driven decisions. Responsibilities

Transform content into learning experiences: Enhance messaging created by content writers into engaging courses, presentations, case studies, and other modules. Leverage AI tools: Use AI thoughtfully to streamline content design, generate creative options, enhance personalization, and improve efficiency in learning module development. Design impactful visuals: Apply instructional design and graphic design best practices to create clear, learner-friendly materials, including data-driven graphics and infographics. Plan and structure modules: Collaborate with writers and subject matter experts to outline and organize content flow that meets educational and engagement goals. Manage and maintain content: Publish, organize, and update materials in Builder.io and Bridge, while monitoring the content library for needed updates or redesigns. Collaborate across teams: Partner with internal teams and SMEs to bring educational content to life through visual and interactive formats. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Communications, Instructional Design, or a related field. Ability to transform written content into impactful, learner-centered formats for professional audiences. Strong visual communication skills, including effective use of fonts, layout, and graphics to enhance comprehension and transform data into stories. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Word. Experience publishing content through a learning management system. Familiarity with AI tools to support content creation, design, and efficiency. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Strong research, writing, and collaboration abilities, with demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. Experience with course authoring tools such as Articulate 360 (Storyline or Rise) preferred. Operates autonomously, is highly organized and process-minded, with a flexible, “figure it out” attitude.
