Five (5)+ years of proven work experience with Microsoft Windows server operating systems including Internet Information Services (IIS), Orchestrator, Operations Manager, and Powershell Proven work experience with security remediation measures for maintaining and improving health ratings Proven work experience with software deployments and maintain updates for compliance Proven work experience with Tanium for patch management, software deployments, and reporting Proven work experience with VMware vSphere Hands-on experience in analyzing memory dumps for root cause analysis and/or proposing and implementing fixes Hands-on experience in writing business and technical documents and flowcharts Hands-on experience in developing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures and running Book documentation Proven work experience with Advanced knowledge on Microsoft server technologies, IIS, SCCM, Powershell, and Ansible Proven work experience with performing systems analysis of procedures, recommending, and implementing solutions to improve systems processes Hands-on experience in setup, configuring, and fine-tuning applications and systems monitoring and notifications with Microsoft Systems Configuration Operations Manager (SCOM) Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and identifying hardware and software problems in a timely manner; resolving routine problems and researching resources to identify solutions Proven work experience with Compliance and Governance in understanding (PCI, PII, HIPAA, DFARS) Hands-on experience in system design, configuration, and test computer hardware, networking software and operating system software Education Required
