is looking to hire a

Systems Software Analyst

to support the Command and Control, Battle Management, and Communications (C2BMC) program. This role is onsite in Colorado Springs, CO. The Command and Control, Battle Management, and Communications (C2BMC) program is a critical part of the Missile Defense System. It provides an operational platform that enables national leadership and warfighters to plan missile defense operations, monitor progress, and control networked sensors and weapon systems. C2BMC connects, integrates, and synchronizes autonomous sensor and weapon systems to improve performance and supports ground and flight tests verifying capabilities. We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Principal Systems Software Analyst to join our team. The candidate will support the analysis of defense, missile, and space systems and solve complex technical challenges. This role requires innovation, technical expertise, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background combining mathematics, physics, and software analysis to support National Defense objectives. What You Can Expect To Do

Conduct technical analysis of real-world data related to Missile Defense and Space Domain Awareness Develop, implement, and refine complex algorithms to analyze large-scale simulation and real-world data sets Work within an Agile Scrum team to design and complete tasks tied to program objectives Interpret data to support features, designs, and estimated future states of ballistic missile threats or systems Update and improve existing operational algorithms based on new datasets Utilize knowledge of defense systems to develop insights into missile defense concepts and BM/C2 protocols Coordinate with stakeholders and represent the organization during customer engagements, providing technical expertise when required What The Team Requires

Mission-Driven Professional: Collaborative contributor motivated to develop cutting-edge solutions that protect and serve the nation Bachelor’s Degree in a STEM field from an accredited university with 8 years of experience; or Master’s degree with 6 years of relevant work experience; or PhD with 4 years of relevant work experience Active DoD Top Secret Clearance required at start of employment Strong technical skills for predictive analysis of ballistic missile threats and related systems, with expertise in areas such as: Analysis and performance characterization of large-scale, complex system simulations in ballistic missile defense, weapon systems, and command and control Experience with MATLAB for large data arrays and system logic validation Proficiency in Unix/Linux environments and Agile Scrum workflows Understanding of missile defense elements such as C2BMC, AN/TPY-2, LRDR, BOA, SBIRS, GMB, Aegis BMD, PATRIOT, or related concepts What The Team Prefers

Master’s Degree in Systems Engineering Certification: INCOSE Certified Systems Engineering Professional (CSEP) Certification: Object Management Group Certified Systems Modeling Professional - Model Builder Fundamental (OCSMP - MBF) The following skills and experience are highly desired to excel in this position: Strong background in mathematics and physics to support algorithm development and data interpretation Knowledge of ballistic missile and space domain awareness concepts and broader Missile Defense System operations Experience with scenario generation, predictive modeling, or advanced simulation techniques for defense systems engineering Expertise in defense communication systems and their roles in national security operations Pay Transparency

The salary offered will be based on the selected candidate’s qualifications, skills, education, and experience. Pay range: $121,000 - $133,000 Application Deadline
