Graphic Designer
and visual storyteller to join our Marketing Team, the creative force behind a nationwide real estate, architecture, private equity, and construction collective. With five brands under one umbrella, every day brings a new challenge and opportunity to make an impact. The ideal candidate is a fresh, creative thinker with a strong work ethic, someone who can turn ideas into visually stunning campaigns that drive engagement and brand growth. You’ll collaborate closely with key internal stakeholders, bringing concepts to life across property-specific marketing, sleek presentations, and brand initiatives. Responsibilities
Identify and develop strategic marketing initiatives and plans, including the design and production of marketing collateral, print and digital advertising, newsletters, etc. Collaborate & execute all phases of design from concept to distribution, including layout, formatting, production, and publishing Support the development of presentation materials Generate creative solutions for campaign/event design, flyers, brochures, landing pages, paid digital, social, email Ability to show a keen understanding of layout, visual hierarchy of information, and design sense Demonstrated expertise in brand guidelines, brand identity, design thinking, process, and solutions Maintaining and building an asset library of graphics, imagery, and infographic elements for marketing needs by taking photos on-site and events as needed Performs other duties as assigned Qualifications
3+ years of graphic design experience required 3+ years of editing software experience (Adobe Creative Suite) required Bachelor’s degree in marketing preferred but not required Seniority level
