Social Media & Digital Content Strategy: Manage and grow SKEMA USA’s presence on platforms including LinkedIn and Instagram Create and implement a content calendar that aligns with recruitment cycles, events, and news Design engaging, multimedia content (images, videos, stories, testimonials) Track performance and adjust strategies based on engagement analytics and audience trends Email Marketing & CRM Campaigns: Create and manage digital marketing campaigns using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or equivalent) Segment and target audiences effectively for program promotions, event invitations, and student engagement Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and report on lead generation and nurturing effectiveness Visual & Print Communication: Design and produce brochures, flyers, signage, and event branding materials Uphold SKEMA’s visual identity and editorial standards across all media Collaborate with internal teams and French headquarters to ensure messaging alignment Website & SEO Management: Maintain and update the Raleigh campus section of SKEMA’s website Coordinate with global digital teams on UX, SEO optimization, and localization Ensure content is relevant, accurate, and conversion-focused Digital Advertising & Lead Generation: Assist in planning and executing paid ad campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, social media ads) Track performance and adjust targeting and creative elements based on insights Collaborate with agencies or consultants to enhance reach and impact Events & Internal Communication: Support visibility and communication needs for open houses, student events, and VIP visits Document events through photography or short video clips for content repurposing Requirements / Qualifications
Marketing and CRM Experience: 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing, communications, or CRM systems Tech-Savvy: Skilled in using email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Pardot, HubSpot, etc.), social media platforms, website CMS (WordPress/Drupal), and design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite) Creative + Analytical: Strong visual eye and ability to interpret data to improve campaign effectiveness (Canva, InDesign) Project Management: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously Cross-Cultural Fluency: Comfort working in a multicultural, international setting Language: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; French proficiency is a plus Why Join SKEMA?
