Detailed knowledge of law and extensive experience related to creditors’ rights legal representation (real estate, foreclosure, litigation) Working knowledge of the rules of civil procedure and their application to foreclosure matters Knowledge of Federal and State consumer protection statutes Arizona barred for 8+ years 5+ years’ experience in Creditors’ Rights Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Exercise a high-degree of professionalism Creative problem solving; client development; leadership and motivational skills Intermediate to advanced-level computer and general office skills Ability to effectively communicate verbally and through written and electronic correspondence Required Education And Training
Bachelor’s Degree required J.D. from an accredited law school Membership in the Arizona Bar Seniority level
