Our Customer Content Specialist team consists of supportive and goal-driven professionals who help our client base find success through our diverse portfolio of communications solutions. In this role, specialists work directly with clients to ensure their press releases are distributed to their desired target audience and to help drive their corporate objectives. Working as a team, specialists are the primary point of contact for clients throughout the distribution process and act as product experts and strategists to align service offerings with a client\'s communication needs. They also offer recommendations on content best practices to help increase engagement and visibility.

What You\'ll Do

Work directly with clients to ensure their press releases are distributed to the desired target audience to help drive corporate objectives.

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the distribution process.

Act as product experts and strategists to align service offerings with a client\'s communication needs.

Provide recommendations on content best practices to help increase engagement and visibility.

What We Are Looking For

Team player who is self-driven to exceed core metrics and department goals

Ability to work collaboratively within a hybrid work setting

Passion for customer service and helping others

Ability to master a product portfolio and position solutions to customers to impact revenue generation

1+ years of experience in content creation, customer service, or related field required

BA degree in a communication-related field required

Knowledge of SEO and content best practices desired

Expertise in PowerPoint, Canva, and public speaking a plus

Overtime and holiday coverage may be required based on business needs

Sunday - Thursday Shift: Sunday 8:00-4:00p ET; Monday - Thursday 10:00-7:00p ET

Hybrid - 2 days a week in our Cleveland Office
