We are developing the future of Army Aviation with the Bell Future Long‑Range Assault Aircraft (FLRAA) part of the US Army’s Future Vertical Lift (FVL) modernization effort. We are also developing the Bell 525 Relentless and Bell’s High‑Speed Vertical Take‑Off and Landing (HSVTOL) program, a next generation stop‑fold tilt‑rotor.
This position is onsite in Fort Worth, Texas.
The Bell Training Academy (BTA) Bring your experience and exceptional customer focus to Bell’s state‑of‑the‑art training facility which occupies 100,000 square feet of classroom, lab, and hangar space with world class instructors and Texas hospitality.
What you’ll be doing as a BTA Business Specialist: As a Business Specialist you’ll perform training request analysis and customer support duties for the Bell Training Academy (BTA) related to Accounts Payable / Receivable, Facilities Use, Customer Service, Internal Support, and Special Projects.
Your responsibilities will include:
Facilitating customer check‑in, registration, invoicing, and reception activities for the BTA.
Managing coupon code lifecycle, including setup, application, reconciliation, and maintenance.
Coordinating and leading BTA tours and customer learning inquiries via Salesforce.
Maintaining and documenting internal processes and providing feedback on continuous improvement.
Reviewing and processing vendor payments, cost reclassifications, and contract definitization.
Ensuring accurate account balances through cross‑functional coordination with internal departments.
Building and maintaining positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Conducting data analysis and preparing status reports to support BTA management.
Supporting customer‑focused marketing, business development and logistics planning initiatives.
Skills You Bring to This Role:
Customer service
Effective communication
Problem‑solving competency
Experience in SAP, SQL, QlikView or Power BI is a plus
Learning Management Systems (LMS) experience preferred
Microsoft Office Suite skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
What you need to be successful:
Bachelor’s degree required. Preferred degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Hospitality Management, or Operations.
At least 2 years of experience in a customer‑facing role in business operations, scheduling, and/or training environment.
Bilingual both English and Spanish language capabilities required (both verbal and written)
Demonstrated ability to make sound, timely decisions in high‑pressure environments, balancing shifting priorities and tight deadlines with composure and clarity.
