This Route Sales Representative is an entrepreneur at heart, skilled at building customer relationships with new accounts and developing contacts within existing accounts. The role involves driving a Company van/truck with fabrication tools and equipment to sell to Fabricator customers. With strong knowledge of Stone Fabrication products and services, you will identify and solicit potential customers for upselling and opportunities to promote Caesarstone products (Quartz, Natural Stone, Porcelain, etc.). Responsibilities
Drive a van/truck along an established route to service and sell within an existing customer base Maintain professionalism, tact, diplomacy, and a positive representation of the company Maintain high level of product and service knowledge on Stone Fabrication, tools and equipment Take orders from clients and prepare products for purchase Stay informed about new products, services, and competitor activities Develop and build relationships with new accounts and expand contacts within existing accounts Handle customer complaints as they arise, escalating as necessary Respond to customer service calls in a courteous and professional manner Consult with customers after sale to resolve problems and provide ongoing support Maintain a high level of customer service Qualifications/Requirements
Proven sales ability with capability to meet and surpass targets and goals Valid driver's license with a clean driving abstract High level of integrity and work ethic Demonstrated time management skills Ability to quickly learn new product and service knowledge and communicate it to customers Effective verbal and written communication Bilingual: Spanish speaking preferred Work Conditions
Interaction with customers/clients and the public May involve long driving hours with multiple deliveries Will work both indoors and outdoors Manual dexterity to use desktop computer and peripherals Ability to lift up to 100 pounds; regular physical movements including sitting for long drives Handling/gripping tools and equipment; steering wheel and levers Climbing in/out of van and client locations Occasional stooping when accessing equipment/tools Salary
