We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs for various digital and print materials, collaborating with the marketing team to develop engaging and effective visual content that aligns with our brand identity. This role requires a thorough understanding of each brand and the ability to present ideas for brand evolution. The ideal candidate will proactively find ways to elevate designs across email, menu, and merchandise layouts. Supervisory Responsibilities

Responsibilities
Create designs that visually communicate product, project messages, and brand identity across various formats including social media, billboards, advertising, restaurant menus, email layouts, event/property signage, product packaging, and merchandise.
Develop various layouts, iconography, package designs, website designs, logos, and illustrations in alignment with brand concepts.
Assist the Director of Marketing in the development of the Brand Identity Model (BIM), positioning, and RTBs (Reasons to Believe).
Ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints including menus, signage, advertising materials, website, social media, and in-store experiences.
Participate in collaborative revision and approval processes until final design approval.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop concepts and design layouts that effectively communicate our brand message.
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in branding and design across all platforms.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design.
Present design concepts and ideas to stakeholders for feedback and approval.
Proactively identify opportunities to elevate and evolve the brand through innovative design solutions.
Develop and execute design concepts for email campaigns, menus, merchandise, and other marketing materials.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Experience
Minimum 3 years of graphic design experience.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Copywriting experience is a plus.
Brand development experience is a plus.
Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
Excellent communication skills and ability to present design concepts effectively.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Proactive and creative mindset with the ability to generate new ideas for brand evolution.
Experience with email design, menu design, and merchandise design is a plus.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
