Bausch Health Companies Inc. The Territory Manager is responsible for developing and implementing a business/sales plan to maximize net sales and will conduct business with key targeted healthcare providers. This role supports a global diversified pharmaceutical company focused on delivering better health outcomes for patients. Responsibilities
Deliver sales performance, brand KPIs, financial targets, and marketing objectives to meet or exceed those objectives. Create pre-call plan objectives and execute post-call evaluation to continuously improve sales performance. Effectively handle objections, misunderstandings, concerns, and gain actions to close on each sales call. Proactively address customer needs and expectations to build trusted customer relationships and achieve win-win agreements between the company and customers. Develop and execute a call plan that achieves set call metrics and optimizes coverage and frequency to key customers to maximize access and sales opportunities. Share market intelligence about customer needs, territory landscape, competitors, market segments, accounts, disease states, products, clinical and sales insights with in-field team, brand team, and sales manager to align strategy and execution. Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree required 2-3 years in B2B sales, pharmaceutical sales, or related education/experience; pharma experience preferred Psychiatry sales experience a plus Resides in or near the assigned geography Valid driver's license with a good driving record to operate a company vehicle Ability to travel 50-75% overnight Ability to lift up to 25 pounds (reasonable accommodations available on request) Compensation & Benefits
The starting base pay range is $90,000–$110,000. Actual pay is based on factors including skills, experience, qualifications, education, and location. Eligible for participation in either (i) annual bonus or (ii) a sales incentive plan.
