Affiliate Marketing Manager
to join Fiat on a
fractional (part-time contract) basis , with the
potential to transition into a full-time position
as our client portfolio expands. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and wants to build meaningful programs with long-term potential. About the Role: As a Fractional Affiliate Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for establishing and scaling affiliate programs for a portfolio of clients. You’ll operate as both strategist and operator, leading with data, creativity, and executional excellence. You’ll design, launch, and manage affiliate programs that drive measurable acquisition, efficiency, and ROI.
Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of affiliate programs from setup through optimization Develop channel growth strategies and execute on them Recruit and onboard new affiliate partners to client programs Analyze data and make recommendations to improve KPIs Collaborate cross-functionally with internal and client teams
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in a client-facing affiliate or partnership marketing role, ideally in fintech, insurtech, or adjacent industries Proven track record in building, launching, and optimizing affiliate programs Experience with affiliate platforms: Impact, Rakuten, CJ, Everflow, Appsflyer End-to-end affiliate management, including platform setup, partner recruitment, and performance optimization Strong project management and communication skills
