We’re looking for a
Fractional Senior Manager, Business Development
to develop and lead high-impact partnership and business development initiatives across our client portfolio. This role begins as a
fractional (part-time contract)
position with the
potential to convert to full-time
as the team and client base expand.
About the Role You’ll help clients identify, structure, and scale partnerships that drive sales and new client/customer acquisition. You’ll act as both strategist and operator—developing GTM frameworks, leading outreach and negotiation efforts, and executing programs that deliver measurable results.
About Your Experience
Demonstrated success in building sales and partnership-led GTM strategies
End-to-end experience with business development and deal negotiation
Strong analytical skills to structure commercial terms and pricing
Excellent client management and communication abilities
Proven project management and organizational skills
Fintech or adjacent industry experience is highly preferred

What You’ll Do
Lead a portfolio of client engagements focused on BD, sales and partnerships GTM
Develop partnership strategies and supporting assets
Build and manage outreach pipelines
Conduct discovery, qualify opportunities, and negotiate deals
Represent Fiat within the partnership ecosystem
Strengthen Fiat’s partner network and identify new collaboration opportunities
