Position Overview We are seeking a driven, hands-on Sales Manager to lead and develop a high-performing sales team. This role is ideal for an experienced automotive professional ready to lead or a top-performing salesperson who never got the chance to step into management. The right candidate will be someone who doesn’t wait for business to come to them — they create it through coaching, structure, and energy. Base pay range
$120,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr Responsibilities
Lead by example on the sales floor Train, motivate, and hold team members accountable to daily goals Drive showroom and digital sales processes with urgency and consistency Develop and maintain a strong culture of customer satisfaction Collaborate with management to execute marketing and process strategies Monitor key performance metrics and support team members in reaching targets Qualifications
Automotive sales experience required (management experience preferred) Strong communication, coaching, and leadership skills Ability to motivate and develop individuals High energy, positive attitude, and results-driven mindset Working knowledge of CRM tools, digital retailing, and sales processes Benefits
