Position Overview
We are seeking a driven and experienced
Sales Manager
to lead our sales department. The Sales Manager will oversee the daily operations of the sales team, develop processes for consistent growth, and ensure customers receive a best-in-class experience. This role requires strong leadership skills, a passion for the automotive industry, and the ability to inspire a team to exceed goals. Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Recruit, train, and develop sales professionals to ensure strong product knowledge, closing skills, and customer satisfaction. Implement and maintain sales processes, CRM usage, and follow-up standards to drive accountability and efficiency. Monitor key performance metrics, including sales volume, gross profit, F&I penetration, and customer satisfaction (CSI/NPS). Collaborate with other department managers to maximize dealership profitability and ensure seamless customer experiences. Manage inventory levels and coordinate with the General Manager to optimize product mix and vehicle merchandising. Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and team sales meetings to set expectations, review results, and provide coaching. Uphold compliance with all dealership policies, manufacturer guidelines, and state/federal regulations. Qualifications
Proven experience as an Automotive Sales Manager, Finance Manager, or in a senior sales leadership role (minimum 3–5 years). Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills. Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement performance improvements. Proficiency in CRM systems, dealership management systems (DMS), and Microsoft Office Suite. Track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. Professional, customer-first approach with high integrity and work ethic. What We Offer
