Commercial Observer, the leading multi-platform commercial real estate media company, is hiring an Enterprise Sales Account Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for working directly with some of the world’s most important and influential commercial real estate companies and their mission critical digital marketing initiatives. You will help to spearhead a new strategic venture for Commercial Observer as we scale our enterprise membership services and develop strategic accounts with commercial real estate Owners, Developers, Brokerage Firms, and more. Job Overview

As an Enterprise Sales Account Manager you will have the exciting opportunity to help drive the growth and shape the future of Commercial Observer’s enterprise membership services. Your responsibilities will include driving revenue, adoption, and market penetration in enterprise accounts. The ideal candidate will possess both a sales and membership subscription background with a commercial real estate familiarity that enables them to engage at the CMO level as well as with senior level professionals in PR, brokerage, and analysis. You should be a strong relationship builder and self-starter who is prepared to develop and execute against a territory coverage plan and consistently deliver on or exceed quarterly revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

Drive revenue, adoption, and market penetration in enterprise accounts

Drive revenue and market share in a defined territory or industry vertical

Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets

Develop and execute against a comprehensive account/territory plan

Create & articulate compelling value propositions around enterprise membership services

Maintain a robust sales pipeline

Work with partners to extend reach & drive adoption

Manage contract negotiations

Development of long-term relationships with customers as well as crafting strategic account plans

Ensure customer satisfaction

Partner with Product & Marketing departments on roadmap development and go-to-market planning

Partner with Sales department to create competitive pricing/packages that combine enterprise and advertising products

Ideal Candidate Will Have

Minimum 5 to 7+ years with consistent track record selling enterprise membership solutions

Understanding of the Commercial Real Estate industry

Ability to work effectively in a team environment, effectively partnering with other Commercial Observer teams including Sales, Support, Engineering, Product & Marketing

Strong understanding of digital experience technologies

Validated Sales Excellence and creative, problem-solving approach

Successful track record building relationships at all levels with a focus on c-suite, and effectively navigating the customer’s organization

Compensation:

$75K - $90K per year plus target commission opportunity
