Outside Sales Representative
to run qualified, pre-set appointments and guide homeowners through their exterior remodeling projects. This is a W-2, commission-based role with six-figure earning potential and strong health benefits plus a company vehicle. At
Freedom Exteriors , we replace siding, windows, and doors for Huntsville homeowners who want lasting solutions—not band-aid repairs. Our systems-based approach gives customers peace of mind, knowing the job was done right the first time. Attending pre-booked, qualified appointments set by our call center. Leading homeowners through a consultative, multi-step sales process. Educating clients on remodeling options and helping scope projects. Preparing and managing proposals in JobTread and handing off projects to the production team. Consistently following up to ensure client satisfaction and smooth project execution. Representing Freedom Exteriors with integrity and professionalism in all interactions. Qualifications
Proven consultative sales experience; backgrounds in new home sales or long-cycle sales are preferred. Strong interpersonal skills, with an ability to listen, build relationships, and establish trust. Comfortable managing pipeline activity and proposals in CRM software (JobTread experience is a plus). Able to learn technical product knowledge and effectively communicate options to homeowners. Valid driver’s licence and clean driving record. Compensation & Benefits
W-2 employment, commission-only. Earnings are based on individual performance, with most representatives expected to earn $120k-$130k annually at plan. Typical schedule includes appointments as early as 9am and occasional evening appointments, Monday-Friday. BCBS Alabama health benefits (medical, dental, vision); employer covers approximately 80% of the individual premium. Company vehicle provided & all fuel expenses covered.
