Join Our Team as a Project Manager II in Las Vegas, NV.
Olympus Group has created visual experiences through custom printing, sewing, and finishing for sports, entertainment, tradeshows, and events for over 120 years. We work with brands across a wide range of industries to produce graphics, flags, banners, mascots, and more. Our teams are located in Milwaukee, Denver, Orlando, Las Vegas, and Grand Rapids.
Key Responsibilities
Support Account Managers across all facilities enabling them to close more business.
Become proficient with Olympus Group processes, ERP system and quoting tools to the point that you can be a resource for others in the company.
Become proficient with various Modular Frame Systems and reading frame drawings.
Review open orders daily for accuracy.
Follow up on open issues as per customer, sales lead, or production and give direction.
Interact with clients to understand scope of projects and provide solutions.
Project manage complex projects that may be coordinated across multiple facilities.
Review proofs for accuracy prior to submitting for approval.
Provide order entry support during off hours when needed.
Create and send daily job status reports to clients and Account Managers.
Coordinate and manage client viewings in production as needed.
Liaison between Operations and remote PMs with orders produced in-house (e.g., Entertainment team and MI team). Follow up with outsource vendors, status updates, material updates, photos for approval.
Potential backup for mascot sales team during long absences.
Administrative support related to Project Management reports.

Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 2 years in print and/or tradeshow industry.
Education: High school diploma or GED; and 2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language: Ability to read and interpret documents; write routine reports; speak effectively before groups.
Mathematical: Proficiency with rates, ratios, percentages; ability to perform unit conversions.
Reasoning: Ability to apply common sense and multitask; problem solving skills.
Other: Good phone skills, basic computing skills (Microsoft Office); self-motivated with a positive attitude.
Technical: Experience with ERP systems (Epicor a plus); proficiency in Microsoft Office; Adobe Suite a plus.
Physical: Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
